  • Clean and chop the onions.
  • Clean and slice the garlic.
  • Clean and grate the tomatoes to create a crushed tomato base.
  • Clean the cuttlefish and collect the ink sacs.
  • Clean and cut the squid. Remember to remove the skin to keep it tender and tasty after cooking.
  • Clean any other fish or seafood.
  1. Heat a little olive oil in a pot and then start cooking an onion.
  2. Add fresh fish and seafood to brown.
  3. Pour in the required liters of water. Add the fish stock if you don’t have fresh fish.
  4. Let it boil for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Pass everything through a sieve to keep only the suquet.
  1. Brown the cuttlefish in the paella pan using olive oil. Don’t forget to season.  
  2. Add the second onion and the thinly sliced ​​garlic. 
  3. Wait a few minutes then add the tomato pulp.
  4. Add the rice and fry it with the squid ink for a few minutes. 
  5. Pour in the fish suquet. 
  6. Let the rice cook for about 20 minutes. Check the rice producer’s recommended cooking time. It is listed on the rice package.
